We Offer A Variety of Fireworks From Class "C" to "A".

To purchase any Class A or B fireworks, you must have a current ATF Explosives License; either a Dealer's license, Mfg license, or Federal Users permit. Due to the huge variety of diferent types of fireworks, it is not possible to keep a running price list on each item for sale. Prices change without notice and during certain times of year, availability becomes a concern. Combine that with the many diferent laws in every state which are at times impossible for a lawyer to decipher, and you can understand why we cant post prices. Large containers from Bejing, China arrive with substituted items, shortages of certain types of fireworks and quite often product is damaged in it's long voyage accross the ocean. It passes through many hands before reaching the shelf, and endures a variety of weather conditions.

If you are interested in certain fireworks, our advice is to contact us long before you need them, if possible, and send us a list of the type and quantity of product you want. Many people feel that since they live in a state or city which doesn't allow fireworks, that ALL pyrotechnic devices are illegal. This is not always the case. There are alot of ways a person can partisipate in pyrotechnic activities while being well within the law. What you need to do, is decide what purchasing level you are on.

Are you a wholesaler, distributer, retailer, or simply a hobbiest? Are you a professional pyrotechnician who works for a company, or a "free-lance" technician? There is a distinct diference between "Public Display" and "Private Use". When dealing with Public Display fireworks, there are more things to consider. Usually the Fire Marshall of your state has some degree of say as to how the show is to be conducted. There are guidelines which may have to be followed for the safety of the public, and at time there are licensing requirements for conducting public displays or becoming a certified pyrotechnician. Your local fire authorities having juristicion over your area are able to sign a "local" fireworks permit. You may also apply for a "public limited" permit, where only Class C items are used.

If you are a hobbiest, you may build fireworks of any size for research and development purposes, however, the fireworks/explosives must be used the same day as they are built, unless you have ATF approved storage facilities/magazines. Usualy when you store any explosive, you are either required to have a State license or a Federal License. There are a few exceptions. One being that law enforcement and fire authorities are exempt. Another exception is when working underground. MSHA (Mining Safety Hazard Assossiation) then has authority over your operations and you must follow their Federal laws regulating underground storage/use. A copy of MSHA laws may be found on the Internet. For further questions regarding fireworks, email us or call directly using the business number listed on this sight.
